Maintenance
All units have a maintence inspection (repairs are made if needed). We will also paint, clean, and carpet clean (on floors 2-4). There is also a move in inspection 2 days before the move in date.
Yes, our team is available during business hours and on call for emergencies after hours.
You may call our office during business hours or submit work orders on our portal.
Our maintenance team will be notified of your work order and will resolve the issue.
No, you do not need to be present for our service technician to perform work. You can grant our team access to enter your apartment.
During business hours, management will grant you access. After business hours, you may call our onsite locksmith through our voicemail option.
Amenities
Our community offers a range of amenities including additonal storage, AmazonHUB parcel lockers, BBQ/picnic area, billiard table, detached garages, dog park, elevators, putting green, resort style pool, Starbucks coffee bar, and Resident Rewards Program.
The pool is available from 7AM to 9PM.
We offer open parking and private detached garages.
There is a move-in pet fee of $350 per pet and $25 monthly pet rent.
No, our community does not offer furnished apartments at this time.
Yes! The shortest term offered is 7 months. There is a short term premium of $100 per month.
We do offer corporate leases. Please contact our leasing office for more information.
All packages are delivered to the mailroom and dropped off in the Amazon Hub Locker.

We accept walk-ins and appointments via phone or online.
Our team strives to approve applications within 24-48 hours upon submission of a completed application.
You may pay online through our resident portal or with a check to our office.
We do not require renters insurance, but highly recommend it. We do require liability provided by Priderock at $14 per month.
Management will set up water and sewer, and the resident sets up FPL (electric).
AT&T is our internet provider in the convience package.
You will pay a new security deposit to the new community.
No subletting is permitted.

Beautiful, well maintained property. Customer service is top notch. Neighbors friendly. Love the air conditioned hallways and convenience of elevators. Clubhouse, courtyard and pool are so nice. Even the hallways are spotless. Love it!

Pleasant place to live great atmosphere and very convenient location I will say when i first moved here I hade some problems with the apartment but I spoke to Erin in management and she took care of it and she is always wonderful to deal with but overall very happy.

Very friendly community with great amenities. Pool is always clean and feels like a resort. Gym is just as good and has everything you need to get a good full body workout. Overall great facility and community.

In all honesty, the place is very beautiful. One of the most important reasons that I did not know about choosing this place is the arrangement and cleanliness. The accommodation is like a hotel, the neighbors are wonderful, there are many amenities in the garden, such as the sports club, concentration rooms, and the swimming pool.
